Frequently Asked Questions

Note: You must have mobile device access enabled on your account via compass manager to login to e-mail on your mobile phone.

Video Tutorial:

1. Open the App Store and tap on "Search".


2. Search for "Outlook"



3. Download Outlook


4. Open Outlook


5. Click on "Get Started" and then "Notify Me"


6. Hit "Allow" on the notification prompt.



7. Type your work e-mail in the e-mail address field. (Your e-mail is generally Firstname.Lastname@sscserv.com)



8. Click "Add Account"




9. Choose "Setup Account Manually"


10. Click on "Exchange"



11. Type your e-mail password (The same password you use to login to compassmanager.com)


12. Enable "Use Advanced Settings"




13. Type "mymail.compass-usa.com" in the "Server" field


14. Type "compass-usa" in the "Domain" field.


15. Type your Compass Manager username in the "Username" field" (The same username you use to login to compassmanager.com)


16. Choose "Sign In".



17. Choose "Maybe Later".
