How to Setup E-mail on Android

Note: You must have mobile device access enabled on your account via compass manager to login to e-mail on your mobile phone.

1. Open the Google Play Store

2. Search for "Microsoft Outlook", select "Install", then Open the app

3.Select "Get Started"

4. Type your work e-mail in the e-mail address field and then hit continue (Your e-mail is generally Firstname.Lastname@sscserv.com)

5. Type your e-mail password (The same password you use to login to compassmanager.com)

6. Enter a verification code for two-factor authentication, then select "Verify" (This code will come in the form of either a text or a phone call, depending on what was selected when the user's OMS account was created)

7. Select "Activate" for device administration
(If your device does not have a passcode set up, this will prompt you to create one)

8 Select "Activate" on the device policy screen

9. Select "Maybe Later" on the add another account screen

10. Select "Skip" (This should bring you to your inbox)

The remaining steps are optional, though IMS highly recommends proceeding

11. Select the user icon on the top left corner of the screen

12. Select the Settings gear cog on the bottom left corner of the screen

13. Turn off "Focused Inbox"
