How to Add a Network Printer
1. Click on the Windows Start Button

2. Type the following into the search bar: \\sscprint and hit ENTER on your keyboard.
Note: The '\' key is located below the backspace button. The print server path requires two backslashes.

3. You'll be presented with a list of all the printers.
Type in the search bar your department or zone's abbreviation. Example: EDCS
4. The search will return a list of all printers containing your search.
Install the printer you would like by double clicking the name.

5. The printer will begin to install. This may take up to 3 minutes.
Note: Some printers may require admin rights to install the driver. If you encounter a pritner that prompts for credentials, please submit a ticket.
