How to Change Compass Manager Password

Note: You are required to change your compass manager password every 90 days, you should receive an email from Compass Group notifying you weeks before your password expires. Also remember, your email and computer password are not linked. So you will also need to change the computer password. Click here to learn how to do that.

1. Open a web browser and go to
2. Login with your current Compass Manager username and password. (Note: Generally, your username is the first five letters of your last name, your first initial, and then a number.)

3. Select "Applications".

4. Click on "Administration and Support".

5. Choose "My Access".

6. Select "Change Password".

7. Replace the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields with a password of your choosing. However, it must meet the requirements listed below.

8. Hit the "Save" button in the top left of the page.

After changing your Compass Manager password you will also need to update the passwords in Outlook on desktop and mobile. For a guide on how to do that, click here.
