Frequently Asked Questions

Note: You are required to change your computer password every 90 days, you will be prompted with a notification about a week before your password is set to expire. Also remember, your email and computer password are not linked. So you will also need to change the email password through Compass Manager. Click here to learn how to do that.

1. Press Alt+Ctrl+Delete on your keyboard.


2. Choose "Change a password"


3. Enter your current password in the "Old Password" field.
4. Now type the new password you want in the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields.
5. Hit the enter arrow next to "Confirm Password" to save changes.
6. Hit Okay once it is confirmed that your password has been changed.
